Community Service Projects

Each year Leadership DeKalb's class assists local non-profit organizations (NPO) with a Community Service Project (CSP) relating to marketing, strategy, key messaging, membership, growth, operation effectiveness, business & strategy planning, organizational design, and use of resources.  The Class breaks into small teams to work on the projects and a liaison from the CSP Committee facilitates the meetings between the class and the NPO.  The teams will work on the selected projects meet from fall to late spring and volunteer 20-35 consulting hours.
