Community Service Projects

Each year Leadership DeKalb's class assists local non-profit organizations (NPO) with a Community Service Project (CSP) relating to marketing, strategy, key messaging, membership, growth, operation effectiveness, business & strategy planning, organizational design, and use of resources.  The class breaks into small teams to work on the projects and a liaison from the CSP Committee facilitates the meetings between the class and the NPO.  The teams work on the selected projects meet from fall to late spring and volunteer 20-35 consulting hours.  Applications for next year's CSP program will be available in June 2024.
