Leadership DeKalb places a high value on “community” and believes that this positive force unites us to work on areas of common interest. This focus enables the community to benefit from the talent and expertise of each member, enriching life in DeKalb County and the entire metro Atlanta region.

Community means more than place

A natural extension of one of Atlanta’s strongest assets, the tradition of Leadership DeKalb is the involvement between its businesses, community organizations and public officials.

Leadership DeKalb believes in educating adults and youth by connecting them to people, issues and opportunities that affect our quality of life and future throughout the metro region. We transform the local community for the greater good through leadership development, unity and empowerment.
